FAQs

The questions every buyer asks

If yours isn't here, put it in the quote form. Questions are welcome even without an order attached.

What's the minimum order?

Minimum order quantities vary by product and design. If you're not sure whether your quantity works, just ask.

How long until I have my order?

You'll have your quote within one business day. Lead times depend on the product, the quantity and how much artwork setup is involved. Your quote states the full door-to-door timeline for your specific order before you commit.

Why don't you show prices on the site?

Because custom printing has honest variables: quantity, number of print colors, product mix and destination all change the price. Instead of publishing inflated "from" prices, we quote your exact order: within one business day, all-in, no obligation.

Where do you ship?

Tell us your delivery address and we'll quote it. Shipping costs and timelines are included in your quote up front, so there are no surprises at the door. For cross-border deliveries, any duties or customs charges are confirmed in your quote before you commit.

Can I get samples before ordering?

Yes. Use the sample request form and we'll send a pack of product samples so you can check the quality and sizes in hand before committing to a print run.

What artwork do you need from me?

Vector files (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG) print sharpest; high-resolution PNG at 300 dpi or better also works. If all you have is a low-resolution logo, send it anyway. We'll help you get it print-ready. See How it works for details.

Will I see my design before it prints?

Always. We send a digital proof showing your artwork positioned on the actual product. Nothing goes to production until you approve it, and revisions before approval are part of the process, not an extra.

How do I pay?

Payment terms are set out in your quote and confirmed on the invoice.

What if something's wrong with my order?

If an order arrives damaged, short, or not matching the proof you approved, tell us and send photos. We'll make it right.

Still weighing it up?

A quote costs nothing and answers most questions with real numbers.
